Team Qualifications

Our professionals have served the construction industry for over thirty years providing a variety of construction and construction related services for federal, municipal, state and private sector clients. Their experience includes new construction, renovation, historic preservation and road construction projects involving a variety of trades. Their expertise in construction and engineering as well as their project experience ensure that 3C Group’s projects are in capable, experienced hands.

The president of Concentric Group, Vince Casillo, has more that 30 years experience in engineering and construction. A graduate of West Point Military Academy, Vince was a captain in the U.S. Army before he began his career in the engineering and construction field in 1972. Since that time he has been responsible for engineering, estimating, supervising and managing projects for organizations such as The U.S. Military Academy, The NYC Housing Authority, The NYC Health and Hospitals Corp., the NYC Agency for Child Development, and the New Jersey State and New York State Department of Transportation. He has extensive experience in construction as well as roadway construction and roadway design including sewer line repairs and steam tunnel/ manhole repairs. In addition, he has extensive site work experience that includes landfill operations and park construction.

Vince's extensive project portfolio as well as his experience in administration, training and directing personnel provides for a strong, experienced leader for the team.

With Vince as the leader of Concentric Group, LLC, our clients are provided with a team that has both the expertise and experience to manage all types of construction projects. Vince has the experience working on government contracts and handling multiple projects simultaneously. He is a strong leader and has the experience necessary to build a project team that will excel on any project.
